1. Important disclaimer — unofficial endpoints, your own sessions.
My AI Limits reads plan-limit information by using your own signed-in web sessions (and, if you choose, your own API keys) to call unofficial, undocumented endpoints of third-party services. These endpoints are not public APIs, are not supported for this purpose, and may change, break, or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Readings may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each provider whose account you connect, and you use that connection at your own risk, including any risk that a provider limits or suspends your account.
My AI Limits is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Anthropic PBC, OpenAI, or X.AI Corp. (xAI). "Claude", "ChatGPT", "Grok", and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services the app can read.
2. License.
After purchase, COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on up to 3 Macs you own or control. A free 3-day (72-hour) trial is provided for evaluation. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where law permits), or remove notices from the app.
3. Purchases and refunds.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. The app costs $4.99 one-time and can be unlocked on up to 3 Macs using the purchase email. The current checkout is test mode and does not collect real payments. Refunded purchases are not eligible to unlock. REFUND_POLICY.
4. Updates.
The app may download and install updates. Updates are covered by these terms.
5. No warranty.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY OF USAGE READINGS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Do not rely on the app as the sole source for decisions about billing or plan limits; check the provider's own dashboard.
6. Limitation of liability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, OVERAGE CHARGES, OR ACCOUNT ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS.
7. Termination.
Your license ends if you breach these terms. Sections 1, 5, 6 and 8 survive.
