  1. The ring

The menu-bar icon. Click it any time to open the dropdown.
  2. Reading the bars

Each row is one plan limit for one provider (for example Claude's five-hour window and weekly cap). The bar and the % left show how much you can still use. Green = plenty, amber = getting low, red = nearly out. Plenty left Getting low Almost out
  3. Reset times

Each row shows when that window resets, so you know when you'll have room again.
  4. Refresh

My AI Limits refreshes automatically in the background every 5–15 minutes (and backs off politely if a service asks it to slow down). Click Refresh for an immediate update.
  5. Open app

Opens the main window, where you manage providers, sign in or out, see your trial/license status, and open Advanced settings.
  6. Trial and license line

During the trial, the dropdown shows “Trial · 3 days left”. After 72 hours it shows “Trial ended — activate a license”.

Sign out

In the main window, click Sign out next to a provider. That removes its saved session from your Keychain.

Advanced (optional)

For people who want it — enter API keys manually to also see API dollar spend, plus refresh/notification options. Not required for plan limits.

License

Your free trial lasts 3 days (72 hours). After buying, click the menu-bar ring, then Open app → Already bought? Unlock and enter the email you used at checkout. There is no license key to copy, and one purchase unlocks up to 3 Macs. The current checkout is Stripe test mode; no real payment is collected.

Troubleshooting

“A row says it couldn't read”
The provider may have changed its site; try Refresh, sign out and back in, or check for an app update.
“Numbers look off”
Always double-check against the provider's own dashboard.
